I won’t get too graphic, but I moved past the baby “verbage” for private parts. I finally made myself say the correct words to Selah, as she points out men and women, boys and girls. I decided she shouldn’t enter college referring to herself as having a “pee pee.”
Well, I told her the parts’ names, to which she replied with BIG eyes and a serious face, “What Selah have?” She just had to make sure she had it right. I was laughing so hard inside. This parent thing is going to be SUCH a ride as she ages…..
“this parent thing is going to be such a ride”.
Ya think?
